As a writer-director-producer Phil has delivered 40+ broadcast projects and counting for Discovery Networks, Showtime Networks, Spike TV, TV One, NBC/Universal, Science Channel, ESPN, FSN, Direct TV and more. Phil manages projects from concept to delivered product, ranging from Digital Scripted content to long format non-fiction network Television series. Phil has served as Executive in Charge of Production, Show Runner, Executive Producer, Supervising Producing, Post Producer as well as just about just about every possible scenario in the production and development of Television content for some of the most prestigious production companies in Hollywood. Thereafter he left to go on his own forming several joint ventures with Excel Realty Trust, and developing over 20 shopping centers across the United States.īorn and raised in New York City, Phil began his career in entertainment at the age of 13 on the Nickelodeon Television series "Livewire." Early in his career with the JH Snyder Company in Los Angeles, he began in the management of Museum Square (the current headquarters for the Screen Actors Guild), and the development of Wilshire Courtyard, the 1,000,000 square foot development across the street, and the financing and purchase of the 701 unit iconic Marina City Club. Geyser has been actively engaged in the financing of real estate and investing since 1991. He is also co-investor and producer with Clay Pecorin of Lost in the Sun, Stealing Cars, Urge and Redivider. He is the co-creator and producer of Mountain Monsters, a top show coming into its third season on Destination America.
